Cookie Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how XPRO d.o.o. ("we", "our", or "us"), located at Stegne 21C, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Transcribe7 website and application (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits) work in comparable ways. We refer to all of these collectively as "cookies".

2. Your Consent and How to Manage Cookies

When you first visit the Service, a cookie consent banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Service cannot function without them. All other cookies — including analytics cookies used by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — are only set after you give consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by:

  • Reopening the cookie preferences panel from the cookie icon on the Service and updating your choices;
  • Deleting or blocking cookies through your browser settings; and
  • Using the additional opt-out tools listed in Section 5 below.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to work. They enable core functionality such as signing in, maintaining your session, security, and remembering your cookie preferences. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off.

3.2 Analytics Cookies (consent required)

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. We use two analytics providers: Google Analytics (aggregated traffic and usage statistics) and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings). They are only set if you accept analytics cookies.

4. Third-Party Analytics Providers

4.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-45PTXSGCJB), provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics helps us measure traffic, understand which pages are popular, and improve the Service. We operate Google Analytics in Consent Mode, meaning analytics storage remains disabled until you accept analytics cookies. Data may be transferred to Google servers, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

Cookie Purpose Duration
_ga Distinguishes individual visitors 2 years
_ga_<container-id> Persists analytics session state 2 years
_gid Distinguishes individual visitors 24 hours

More information: Google Privacy Policy.

4.2 Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity (project ID uy7lgr0y0m), provided by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Clarity captures how you interact with the Service — including clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and page navigation — to produce heatmaps and session recordings that help us diagnose usability issues and improve the Service. Clarity applies automatic masking to reduce the capture of sensitive content, but you should still be aware that your interactions with pages may be recorded. Data may be transferred to and processed by Microsoft, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

Cookie Purpose Duration
_clck Persists a Clarity user ID and preferences 1 year
_clsk Links page views into a single session recording 1 day
CLID Identifies the browser to Clarity (set on clarity.ms) 1 year
MUID Identifies unique browsers across Microsoft services 13 months
ANONCHK Validates and stores session/telemetry data 10 minutes
SM Syncs the MUID identifier across Microsoft domains Session

More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement and Microsoft Clarity cookie information.

  • Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage in their privacy settings.
